Chorus Director Search
Nashville, TN....The TuneTown Show Chorus (TTSC), Nashville Chapter of Sweet Adelines International (SAI) - a multi-year international competitor- has the following announcement:
TTSC is now accepting applications for the positions of Interim Director and Permanent Director. TTSC expects to fill the Interim Director position in the coming weeks while it conducts interviews for a Permanent Director position. Individuals interested in the Interim Director position are eligible for consideration as Permanent Director.
TTSC has earned the right to compete at three international competitions having placed as high as 13th out of hundreds of choruses worldwide. The skill sets of the ideal candidate for these positions include:
· Sound musical knowledge with a proven track record of success, preferably with a background and experience in the barbershop art form.
· Great motivation and leadership skills with an ability to work with an established and talented Music Team.
· Positive and approachable personality.
· Willingness and ability to guide the Chorus to higher achievement at the Regional and International level.
Application deadline for the Interim Director position is February 6, 2012.
Application deadline for the Permanent Director position is April 1, 2012.
