You are cordially invited to participate in the 6th Annual TuneTown Show Chorus Harmony Golf Tournament to be held at the Temple HIlls Country Club on Monday, June 25th, 2012. The two-person scramble is a fun-filled outing providing not only a great venue for golf but includes a Silent Auction, Door Prizes, Putting Contest, Hole-in-One contest for a new Beaman Toyota car AND a chance at $1,000,000! Oh...and did we mention Cash Prizes for Top Teams!?

Proceeds from the tournament benefit the TuneTown Show Chorus, Proceeds from this Harmony Golf Tournament will go directly to the chorus membership to assist in expenses for coaching, costumes, sheet music, copyright fees, monthly rehearsal hall rental payments and contest fees.

TuneTown Show Chorus (a four-part a cappella community chorus) is very excited to share the news that by winning our Regional competition last year we have qualified to compete Internationally! We will be representing Nashville, the surrounding counties and the state of Tennessee at the Sweet Adelines International Competition in Hawaii in 2013. This is the fourth time TuneTown has won the right to compete at the International level.

Community involvement is vital to TuneTown’s success and equally important is securing fiscal support from organizations or individuals that would like to help this diverse and exciting representative from middle Tennessee continue to be competitive at the International level. Collectively our volunteer hours (probably in the 10,000 range) indicates our commitment level in achieving excellence. Even though we audition members, our goal is to educate in the art of singing barbershop and we make every effort to help those who want to participate to be successful. We fundraise to allow more women to participate and keep the costs low.
